This page explains the information handling implemented on this website. For questions about your enquiry or personal information, email info@n7n.ai. Data handling for an AI service, including hosting, LLM providers and connected tools, is agreed separately as part of the service configuration.
Preparing your project brief
Entering your name, email, company and project details, and reviewing your brief, happens in your browser. The website does not save the draft to persistent browser storage or send the draft to N7N.AI. Copying or downloading makes a copy on your own device.
Sending an enquiry
When you select “Send enquiry”, your contact details, selected service and package, timing and project message are submitted to our website server for validation and email delivery to info@n7n.ai. We use the enquiry to respond to your request and discuss your project. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive documents through this form.
The form does not create a separate enquiry database. Sent enquiries are processed by our hosting and email providers and are kept in the receiving mailbox and any applicable email backups. They are not erased merely by closing the browser. Contact info@n7n.ai with questions about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent.
A confirmation means the hosting mail system has accepted the enquiry for delivery; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. If a request is interrupted, the page explains how to retry or contact us directly.
Spam prevention and technical requests
The form checks input, uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived security token, and limits repeated requests. The website server keeps a protected temporary record of hashed network identifiers, request times and submission fingerprints to prevent abuse and duplicate sending. These records do not include the enquiry text or raw email address. Entries expire within 24 hours and are cleared when the form is next used.
Our hosting provider also processes technical requests and may retain normal server and mail logs, including IP addresses, for operating and protecting the service. Hosting and email retention are separate from the form’s temporary anti-abuse records.
Website functionality
The package guide runs locally in your browser and does not call an AI model. This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts, embedded social content or form-tracking cookies. The form does not send an automatic email to the address supplied by a visitor.
AI service information
A private AI environment separates your agent data, memory and configurations from those of other customers. Approved model providers and connected services may need to process information to carry out tasks. Provider choices, access permissions and applicable data handling arrangements are documented in your service proposal.
